Retiro de sexualidad sagrada en Granada (24-29 de septiembre)

En el norte de Europa, Estados Unidos y Australia he visto una tendencia que aún no he visto a menudo a nuestro alrededor: la sexualidad sagrada. La mezcla de sexualidad y espiritualidad. La sexualidad de la mano del Tantra (en concreto del neotantra). Eventos que no suman la sexualidad a la transgresión (alcohol, drogas, etc) sino a la conexión, al crecimiento, a trascender… Aunque hace años que se hacen eventos de ese tipo en el Valle de las Sensaciones (cerca de Granada) y en algunos lugares puntuales, pero no se ha convertido en algo tan masivo como en otros países. Eso será lo que acerquen quienes organizan este evento, Seani Love y Katy Cara.
Conozco a Katy Cara y sé que tiene una formación inmensa en sexualidad sagrada que ha recibido en todo el planeta (hace poco en Australia, en Nueva Zelanda, en Reino Unido…), aparte de su experiencia con retiros de yoga desde hace muchos años. Una catalizadora increíble. El evento está pensado para quienes trabajen con esa mezcla de sexualidad y espiritualidad. La idea inicial es compartir conocimiento sobre masaje tántrico, rituales eróticos, trabajo con la sombra jungiana aplicado al kink, liberación emocional, límites y consentimiento, kink integrado, facilitar actividades, shibari, activismo, autocuidados, ecosexualidad y otros muchos temas en ese terreno donde se mezclan la espiritualidad y la sexualidad.
Preferiría que no fuera de nuevo repitiendo el patrón tan ubicuo de lo masculino dominando y lo femenino dominado…pero bueno, no todo puede ser a mi gusto (al menos es lo que he visto en la web de Seani Love). Lo que sí me alegra mucho es que se vaya abriendo ese campo de la sexualidad sagrada para que existan más opciones, además de las que ya tenemos. Desde luego, si en algo ha tenido mucho éxito el catolicismo es que no sepamos nada de nada de nada de otras religiones y otros enfoques de la espiritualidad…

Granada: Practitioner Convergence

THE INVITATION
We are calling on the next convergence of sacred sexuality practitioners for a 5-day retreat in the beautiful, wild, rustic lands of Granada in Southern Spain. This will be a retreat at the Valle de Sensaciones “…an Ecovillage Laboratory, a place full of art, beauty and cozy tree houses.”
If you’re a sex worker or sexuality practitioner of any erotic art you are welcome to join. This event is also open to aspiring sexuality practitioners who are ready to jump in.
Both Katy Cara and Seani Love from the School of Erotic Mysteries have been to and organised several such retreats already. The vision is to invite a diverse group of sexuality professionals to turn up and create an opening circle where intentions are set. The goal then is for participants who join to have a chance to offer workshops, sessions, exchanges, rituals and other acts of personal nurturance.
The workshop planning for the week will be initially unstructured and we’ll co-create that once we’re there. We imagine different sessions of skill-sharing with options such as tantra massage, shadow work, erotic ritual, emotional release, impact play, embodied boundaries & consent, integrated kink, holding space, shibari, activism, self-care, ecosexuality and many others. The exact content will be determined by you, the participants, depending on what you wish to share.

We will cook and eat together, under the loving guidance of our dear friend Theresa Howson (Anahata Belly), our favourite sex positive culinary magic weaver who happens to be in Europe at this time!
ACCOMMODATION:
There are caravans, tree houses and clay houses that serve as rooms that will be shared by participants. You can bring your own bed linen or hire this for €5.
